Rates

April - November
$5775 per month for up to 6 guests.

December - March
$3850 per month for up to 6 guests

$95 cleaning fee. $500 refundable security deposit.

Timeframes

• A weekend is defined as Friday arrival, Sunday departure.
• Arrival time is after 4pm on the day of arrival.
• Departure time is 11am on the day of departure.
• If arriving earlier than 4pm or leaving later than 11am is important to you, let us know before you arrive. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Reservation Policy

• For arrivals within 4 months, full amount is due at time of booking.
• For arrivals beyond 4 months, 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

$75 cancellation fee at any time. Cancellations within the 60-day period prior to arrival forfeit the entire stay. Any received funds (minus cancellation fee) will be refunded in the event that the property can be rebooked for the same time period. There are no refunds for early departures.

Security Deposit

A security deposit check for $500 is required. When we receive this check, we do not cash it. If the property is in good condition after you leave, we destroy the security deposit check. Otherwise, we will cash the check, and some or all of the funds will be used for extraordinary cleaning and/or damage repair. Any unused funds will be returned to you.

The address and detailed directions will be provided upon full payment.

Onsite Policies

Our objective is to be respectful of neighbors, and to maintain the Healdsburg Bungalow in excellent condition for all future guests.

• No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Reduce outdoor noise after 10pm. Our neighbors must not be disturbed at night.
• No one, other than registered guests, may be on the property without prior written approval.
• Sorry, no pets.
